ASRC Federal Holding Company was established in 2003 to provide oversight and operational services to multiple subsidiaries working with federal agencies. ASRC Federal provides a strong financial platform, establishes standards for efficient operations, and instills a workforce-centric focus. We ensure that customers of our subsidiaries get responsive, reliable and cost-effective services and solutions to support their missions.

Headquartered in Greenbelt, Md., ASRC Federal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. Our company is dedicated to sustaining a culture consistent with the values of ASRC and its 11,000 Iñupiat shareholders. We promote and demonstrate our core values and business principles in our daily operations. This helps us create a respectful work environment where ideas can be shared and an entrepreneurial spirit can be nurtured. We focus on our employees, so that our employees can focus on our customers.

Shared Services

ASRC Federal optimizes resources by offering a shared services model that positions our subsidiaries to bring cost-competitive solutions to our government customers and industry partners. An advantage customers and partners receive from our shared services model is that all ASRC Federal subsidiaries—independent of their size or longevity—are inherently equipped with mature business practices.

Shared services include Defense Contract Audit Agency-approved accounting and billing systems, and a Defense Contracting Management Agency-certified procurement system. And while ASRC Federal provides shared services across the enterprise, each subsidiary operates as an independent company with unique capabilities.
