Cass Panciocco is ASRC Federal's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) operating group president. Panciocco provides leadership and programmatic and technical oversight for multiple subsidiary companies within the operating group, which focuses on delivering mission-enabling IT, data analytics and business solutions to federal agencies in the national security and defense, health, intelligence, and civil markets.
Previously, Panciocco was ASRC Federal's senior vice president, corporate development. Panciocco focused on mergers and acquisitions and the company’s capital deployment strategy.
Panciocco has over 30 years’ experience providing cyber, business intelligence and unified communications solutions and services to federal government agencies. He served as the COO of Data Networks Corporation (DNC) before the company was acquired by ASRC Federal in 2015, and was responsible for management and execution of DNC operations, business development and strategic alliances. Prior to DNC, Panciocco held several notable roles, including president of federal programs at CNSI, group president for Wyle Information Systems, division president of Veridian Corporation, and executive vice president of SIGNAL Corporation.
Panciocco has a bachelor’s degree in resource economics from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland.
