We are ready for the challenges and responsibility that go along with providing mission-critical services under this contract. We are eager to get started and want to provide a smooth transition to ensure continuity of operations for our customer and keep incumbent employees who will be joining our team informed on our progress.

In the coming weeks, we will provide additional information about the new contract, our company and employee benefits. We plan to hold open house events and introduce the leadership from ASRC Federal Communications and our team members.

Benefits Update

Benefits are ready for Vance union employees, but the Benefit Focus enrollment system is still being updated and will not recognize employees if they attempt to log-in. We are working with our providers to address the back-end system data and roll-out Benefit Focus as soon as possible. In the meantime, please rest assured that you will have coverage retro-active to Aug. 1.
