On Wednesday May 5, ASRC Federal announced the winners of the 2020 ASRC Federal Exceptional Performance Yearly (EXPY) Awards and Program Manager awards.
“We want to recognize our employees for the great work they do and the values they embody, which is an important priority for me and the entire ASRC Federal executive team,” Jennifer Felix, ASRC Federal President & CEO said. “We have some great stories that tell just a snippet of the excellence that all ASRC Federal employees bring to our company and our customers.”
The Exceptional Performance Yearly Awards (EXPYs) recognize employees who exemplify ASRC Federal’s core competencies in their personal conduct, work and dealings with customers and colleagues. The PM Awards are awarded to program managers who demonstrate operational excellence on their contracts.
This year, 15 winners were recognized across the enterprise for the EXPY award categories including Leading Self, Leading People, Leading the Organization, Service Excellence through Teamwork, and President’s Leadership Award and 7 winners across six PM award categories. There were 100 submissions for the EXPYs and 19 nominations for the PM awards.
