ASRC Federal honored its 2021 Polaris Award recipients on May 18 at a ceremony in Tysons Corner, Va. The Polaris Awards, which draw inspiration from the historical navigational significance of the North Star, are the company’s annual employee recognition event.
More than 140 nominations were submitted across the individual and team award categories, with fifteen individuals and three teams selected to be honored in multiple award categories including ASRC Federal core values, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Leadership, Program Manager for small and medium contracts, Program Management Innovation and Service Excellence through Teamwork.
ASRC Federal President & CEO Jennifer Felix hosted the awards ceremony and greeted the attendees with an enthusiastic message: “It’s been more than two years since we’ve had the opportunity to gather in person to honor those who have gone above and beyond to show our core values in action – whether they are helping one of our federal government customers solve a complex problem, establishing strong customer relationships or developing an innovative solution and process improvement within ASRC Federal, our Polaris Award recipients exemplify and demonstrate our core values in all that they do!”
