Helping FAA Provide the Most Efficient Aerospace Through Terminal and Technical Operations Support
Providing second level engineering and technical support services for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Terminal and Technical Operations (TnT), including: communication, flight service, information systems security, and weather engineering.
Provided full lifecycle support services for FAA Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR-9) and successfully met all established performance goals for FAA AJW-146.
Successfully resolved 243 requests for assistance, including 33 site visits and 11 system restorations for the National Airspace System (NAS).
Developed program plans, implemented hardware and software changes, and conducted extensive tests and evaluation to ensure optimal performance.
Managing Telecommunications for the Department of Labor
Provide engineering and support services for the development and expansion of the existing Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management and OCIO as well as General Support Systems (GSS) IT infrastructure at the Department of Labor. We support the OASAM, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and its customer base of 13 major agency programs and approximately 20,000 users.
Provide dedicated help desk in support of VOIP/IVR implementation and users.
Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure for IVR and VOIP solution for 4,000 users and over 5,000 IP devices.
Decommissioned existing PRI circuits and eliminated maintenance on remote IVR equipment, resulting in an estimated annual savings of more than $720,000 for DOL.
Digitizing Information Sources at EPA
Responding to requests for information and conducting necessary research, handling FOIA correspondence, and developing metadata and taxonomy for the agency’s intranet and website.
Completed the transition from a hardcopy records center that can handle electronic records to a dedicated electronic records program that can also handle hardcopy records.
Prepared and presented three papers that describe the strategic planning, quality, control, and successes of the Records Management Program.
Handle multiple daily updates featured on the primary navigation pages of EPA’s website.
