Regular employees who work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for all benefits. Part-time employees are eligible to contribute to our 401(k) plan and receive an employer match, as well as access to the employee assistance program and benefits required by federal or state law or collective bargaining agreement. Benefits may differ by contract, collective bargaining agreement, wage determination or location.

Professional Development
The ASRC Federal Center for Development is committed to enhancing and expanding the diverse learning needs of all employees across the organization. Our focus is on learning that aligns with ASRC Federal’s mission, vision, and strategic goals. We support professional and personal growth through self-directed activities, developmental experiences, mentoring, e-learning, and formal training. We are also proud to offer educational reimbursement of up to $5,250 annually. All full-time employees who complete their first 90 days of employment are eligible to participate in our professional development program.
The tools and resources we provide offer learning opportunities that are strategic, measurable and utilize multiple learning options to produce effective results. Innovation and the continuation of employee development add immense value to our business. Internal Mobility
ASRC Federal’s Internal Workforce Connection (IWC) Program helps our employees search for and connect to other positions within ASRC Federal and our family of subsidiaries so that we can retain a highly skilled workforce. The program assists employees facing the loss of coverage as well as those looking for internal career mobility opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

ASRC Federal Referral Program
ASRC Federal provides generous internal and external referral bonus programs. ASRC Federal employees are eligible to receive cash incentives and other rewards for referring a candidate who is successfully hired to the ASRC Federal family of companies.
Our External Referral Bonus Program offers a referral payment to persons not affiliated with ASRC Federal and/or its subsidiaries to help ASRC Federal attract, hire and retain talent for hard to fill positions across the enterprise.
Leave Benefits

We encourage our team to take time off and provide various leave options and flexible schedules to support their time off. We offer generous paid-time-off packages, including paid military, jury, and bereavement leave. We are also proud to offer our new parent employees paid parental leave and a newborn baby gift package.
ASRC Federal observes nine core holidays and provides two floating holidays.

It’s important to plan for the future and we help our employees reach their goals by offering a 401(k) plan. At ASRC Federal we offer all employees over the age of 18 years the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match that is vested immediately.
Health & Welfare Benefits
Medical Plans
Three plans (2-PPO and 1-HDHP) are offered through Cigna. All have different levels of deductibles, coinsurance, and copays to fit your needs. We also offer TRICARE Supplement medical for retired military, Kaiser for employees residing in California, HMSA for Hawaii employees, and Cigna Global for Expatriate employees.
Dental Plans
Dental insurance is offered through United Concordia with two available plans.
Vision Plan
Vision insurance is provided through VSP with two available plans.
Savings/Spending Accounts
Health Savings (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts are available to contribute on a pre-tax basis, with the HSA also eligible to receive employer contributions.
Life and Disability Benefits
ASRC Federal provides life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), short-term and long-term disability benefits coverage while offering the opportunity to purchase additional life and AD&D coverage.
Voluntary Benefits
Voluntary benefits include hospital indemnity, critical illness, legal, identity theft, and pet insurance.

ASRC Federal currently provides health benefits through Cigna, Kaiser, HMSA and Cigna Global. This information is in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage rule.
