Polaris Awards 2024

On July 31, ASRC Federal celebrated its 2024 Polaris Awards winners during a ceremony honoring their achievements. Also known as the North Star, Polaris – which adorns the state flag of Alaska – has been used for centuries as a navigation tool for pointing true north. The annual Polaris Awards recognize employees who embody ASRC Federal’s core values in their personal conduct, their work, and their engagement with customers and colleagues.

The winners included 19 individuals and three teams in categories aligned to ASRC Federal’s core values – accountability, continuous improvement, integrity, respect, stewardship and teamwork. Recipients exemplified leadership in program management and initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion, enterprise-wide process improvement and community engagement.

This year’s winners represented teamwork centric, elite talent who demonstrated innovation and exceptional service and commitment to ASRC Federal, their customers, communities and shareholders. “It’s inspiring to see how each of our Polaris Awards recipients overcame challenges, pushed boundaries and set new standards as we strive to live our values,” said Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal.
