Military Times has named ASRC Federal as a 2024 Best for Vets: Employer for the third consecutive year. Additionally, ASRC Federal has again been recognized as a Top 25 Veteran Employer for 2025 by Military.com.
These recognitions, along with the 2024 VETS Indexes 5-Star Employer award received earlier this year, underscore the company’s commitment to supporting veterans and their families through career opportunities, internal initiatives and strategic partnerships.
The Military Times Best for Vets rankings are based on the results of a voluntary survey that asks companies about their policies, practices and benefits for transitioning service members, veterans and their families – and capture the areas of greatest importance when looking for an employer, such as recruitment and employment practices as well as retention and support programs. Having a dedicated veteran recruitment team and programs that prioritize professional development and leadership, internship and fellowship opportunities were a major factor for making the Military.com list.
Nearly 20 percent of ASRC Federal’s employee base have a military affiliation and its MILCOM Employee Resource Group provides a sense of community for veterans and their families. The company is active in partnership initiatives designed to help active-duty military professionals and spouses transition to the civilian workforce, including American Corporate Partners, DoD SkillBridge, and Military Spouse Employment Partnership programs.
“Having ASRC Federal’s support as an Army Reservist means everything when it comes to balance. Their commitment allows me to serve my country, excel in my civilian career, and be present with my family,” said John Pisano, CSM, U.S. Army Reserve and ASRC Federal Chief Information Officer. “Knowing my military duties are respected and supported here gives me peace of mind and makes my service all the more fulfilling.”
In recognition of National Veterans and Military Families Month, ASRC Federal reinforces its commitment to workforce diversity and recognizes that its military-connected employees bring incredible value and skills, different perspectives and experiences, and dedication to their work. We salute our Nation’s veterans for their sacrifices in defending our freedoms and shine the spotlight on Clay Davis, retired U.S. Navy Commander and program director, Mission Software Solutions. Davis was recognized with the Brigadier General Robert Drolet’s Service to Veterans Award earlier this month for demonstrating extraordinary patriotism and making significant contributions to veterans in his North Alabama community.
