Program includes Independent Verification & Validation and Sustainment Engineering Support

ASRC Federal Space & Defense (AS&D), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, has been awarded a $225.5 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Rocket Systems Launch Program Mission Assurance (RSLP MA) contract for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command (SSC).

The AS&D team will provide systems engineering, risk management, technical analysis, and independent verification and validation (IV&V) for RSLP missions. It will also require planning and analysis for logistics related to solid rocket motors, transportation and handling equipment, component testing, and motor refurbishment and booster processing support.

“As the space environment grows more complex and challenging, we are proud to have been selected to continue our critical Space Force work for the Department of Defense,” remarked Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal. “Our team of engineers and analysts are honored to contribute to this mission for our nation.”

Work will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico and supported by field offices in Utah and California through December 2026 with options extending through 2030.
