ASRC Federal today announced the election of Engineering, Aerospace and Mission Systems operating group president, Charlie Bengston, to the Maryland Space Business Roundtable (MSBR) Board of Directors.
MSBR is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving businesses, universities, and individuals in the aerospace and technology sector throughout Maryland and the greater national capital region. The Officers and Board of Directors represent the Maryland space business and academic community and the MSBR constituency base.
“Having been associated with the MSBR for the last 15 years, I look forward to further serving the organization, the Maryland space community and continuing to build STEM educational outreach as it is vitally important to the future of space exploration,” said Bengston.
Bengston has over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace industry with first-hand knowledge of the complete satellite mission end-to-end life cycle – from system concept development and requirements definition to pre-launch planning and launch support through satellite and data operations. He has been affiliated with the MSBR for over 15 years.
